Itinerary

Day 1: From araucaria forest to Laguna Azul (first camp)
After meeting in Pucón, we travel by private transport to Villarrica National Park. We begin the trek through ancient araucaria forests (monkey puzzle trees) and alpine meadows until we reach Laguna Azul, a mirror of crystal-clear water surrounded by mountains. There we set up our first camp.

Day 2: From Laguna Azul to Laguna Avutardas (second camp)
The day begins with breakfast prepared by our expedition chef. The route continues through volcanic landscapes and hidden lagoons, with views of the towering Villarrica and Quetrupillán volcanoes and the great rock walls of Las Peinetas. At the end of the trail we reach Laguna Avutardas, where our second camp awaits for another evening deep in nature.

Day 3: From Laguna Avutardas to Puesco (end of the circuit)
Our final day crosses highland meadows and forest-lined trails with breathtaking views, ending at Puesco, the final point of the Villarrica Traverse. Private transport takes us back to Pucón, with a surprise stop along the way, closing out three unforgettable days of trekking in the Araucanía Andina.
